In addition, Michael Phegley has acted as a labor relations counsel, guardian ad litem and judicial court commissioner Attorney Donald Conner has worked in the areas of criminal defense and family law for over sixteen years including three as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Wisconsin in the County of Racine.
