Biography :

Attorney Noah Wishau joined Phegley Law Offices LLC in 2016 after spending the first seven years of his career working as an Assistant District Attorney in Racine County. During his time as an ADA, Attorney Wishau served as counsel on countless cases ranging from basic traffic citations to complex felonies. He represented the State of Wisconsin in all manner of pretrial proceedings including initial appearances, preliminary hearings, and pretrial motions. He also served as counsel in over twenty jury trials.

Attorney Wishau represented the District Attorney's Office as the prosecutor in charge of the Racine County Drug Treatment Court for five years. In this program, Attorney Wishau worked with judges, defense attorneys, substance abuse treatment professionals, and probation agents to help people who found themselves in the criminal system because of their addiction issues.

Attorney Wishau grew up in Rochester, Wisconsin and is a proud graduate of Waterford High School. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Ripon College, he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Marquette University. A lifelong resident of Racine County, Attorney Wishau currently resides in the Waterford area with his wife and family.
